The project was carried out with a wooden frame and the wooden walls are covered with wooden planks from the inside. This makes it easy to accommodate different floor plans, while leaving a warm and pleasant impression. 

Outside, the facade material consists partly of natural green and maintenance-free fiber cement boards (StoneREX), partly of horizontal wooden panels. 

The exterior of the project, the choice of materials and colors are inspired by the building traditions of Skandia’s rural areas and designed to match the green surroundings.
