Facade board, sockle board.

Through-colored and surface painted smooth fibre-cement board. The surface of the boards is industrially painted with a specially developed paint, which gives the boards a durable surface. Boards are mainly used for covering facades in ventilated facade solutions, but they are also suitable for indoor use as wall and ceiling covering material. The color choice of the surface paint is unlimited – the boards can be ordered according to RAL or NCS color codes, the inside color of the board is limited to standard colors. The boards are fireproof (class A2-s1, d0), resistant to mold, rodents, insects and is suitable for our demanding climate.

Because of the simple installation method, the product’s installation is easy and not time consuming. The boards are attached to the supporting steel, aluminum or wooden wall structure with the designed appearance with rivets or screws.

Composition

The main components of the cement board are cement, cellulose, synthetic fibres and additives that reduce the water absorption. The components of the board ensure the mechanical strength, non-flammability and good weather resistance of the board. The boards do not contain asbestos, formaldehyde or other substances harmful to health or nature. The boards are treated from the back side which gives the boards a high moisture resistance.
