The through-colored fibre-cement boards are industrially painted with a specially developed structural (sand like) paint which gives the boards a very strong and durable surface. The boards are well suited for demanding environments such as seaside areas or street-side buildings. The color choice of the surface of the boards is unlimited – the boards can be ordered according to RAL or NCS color codes. The color choice of the base board is limited to standard colors. Boards are mainly used for covering facades in ventilated facade solutions, but they are also suitable for indoor use – walls and ceiling covering material. Structurally coated fibre-cement boards are a great alternative to the use of plaster. The boards are mold, insect and rodent proof. The boards are fireproof (fire class A2-s1, d0).
StoneREX offers high quality and durability for demanding building projects. The easiness of service and wide range of colors make this product excellent alternative also for the interior surfaces.
Because of the simple installation method, the product’s installation is easy and not time consuming. The boards are attached to the supporting steel, aluminum or wooden wall structure with the designed appearance with rivets or screws.
The main components of the cement board are cement, cellulose, synthetic fibres and additives that reduce the water absorption. The components of the board ensure the mechanical strength, non-flammability and good weather resistance of the board. The boards do not contain asbestos, formaldehyde or other substances harmful to health or nature. The boards are treated from the back side which gives the boards a high moisture resistance. StoneREX Incolor boards are registered and their composition evaluation method is checked and audited in the Swedish BASTA register – the BASTA register aims to distinguish between construction products that are safe for people and the environment, so there is a choice between different construction products – if the product is BASTA registered, it is safe for both people and the environment : https://www.bastaonline.se
